In December 2018, the project of automatic data acquisition and analysis system for Petrochemical Instrument Test in Qujing Petrochemical Laboratory of Yunnan Province was successful. The project achieved the expected results and won the first prize in Southern Power Grid, further expanding the market share of our company in the south.
Instruments such as dielectric loss, flash point and micro-water content of insulating oil in Qujing Bureau Oil Chemical Laboratory all have the functions of data storage and communication access, but the field test data are recorded manually. The key test data are recorded on paper or printed by instrument after each group of sample test is completed. After the test, the paper plate data need to be analyzed, processed and input. There are many problems in compiling the test report.
In view of this situation and combined with the existing instrument data communication function, our company puts forward the project of developing an automatic data acquisition and analysis system for oiling instrument test in oiling laboratory, which finally realizes the acquisition of oil dielectric loss, flash point, micro-water content and other instrument test data from oiling laboratory to server database by modifying the original communication structure, and then combines the corresponding oiling test rules. The process requires the completion of data analysis, the formation of reports or test reports, which improves the intelligence level of oil chemical instruments in the oil chemical laboratory.
