DC high voltage generator is an instrument that provides high voltage DC source. Before using this instrument, the instrument must be grounded reliably. Personnel who use DC high voltage generator must be professionals with high voltage test certificate. When using DC high voltage generator, users are required to follow the "Electric Power Safety Work Regulations" and install two distinct disconnection points before the working power enters the tester. When replacing test products and wiring, two power disconnection points should be disconnected obviously, and at the same time, at least three workers must be guaranteed on site, so as to effectively ensure the safety of users.
The indicator lights, switches, watch heads and knobs on the main engine are clearly marked. Please refer to the function instructions of the main engine panel when reading the operation instructions.
The four-core navigation socket on the side of the base of the pressure multiplier is a special socket for connecting the main engine, and the grounding terminal on the side is for connecting the ground wire.
The high-voltage shielded ammeter is a number of micro ammeters. The jack at the top of the meter is a wire jack connecting the test object. It also acts as a power control switch. Please unplug the plug when not in use. When replacing the battery, please remove the screw at both ends of the watch head, remove the back cover, and screw the back cover tightly after replacing the battery.

INSTRUCTIONS
Pre-use preparation
Step 1: Check the instrument's completeness before use. There should be no circuit break and short circuit in the connecting lines, no breakage of the equipment, etc.
Step 2: Place the main engine and the pressure multiplier in the appropriate position, and connect the power cord, the special four-core connection wire and the ground wire respectively. The grounding wire of the main engine, the grounding wire of the voltage multiplier and the grounding wire of the discharge rod should be separately connected to the grounding wire of the subject (that is, one point grounding). It is strictly forbidden for grounding wires to be connected in series with each other. Special grounding wires equipped with instruments should be used.
Step 3: Put the power switch on the turn-off position and rotate the voltage regulator potentiometer counterclockwise to zero. The setting value of overvoltage protection is generally 1.1 times of the test voltage.
Step 4: Before opening the power switch on the panel of the control box, make sure that the DC high-voltage generator is connected with 220V AC power supply. Carefully check whether the connection is correct, and also check whether the ground wire of the high-voltage discharge rod is reliable.
