Each part of the block diagram explains:
(1) Contactors: The electrical apparatus controls whether 220V/380V power supply is connected to the voltage regulator, thereby controlling the switch-on or cut-off of the output high voltage.
(2) Voltage regulator: It is mainly composed of a voltage regulator. The change of voltage is realized by the regulation of the voltage regulator.
(3) High-voltage transformer: adjust the voltage regulator twist, increase the input voltage of high-voltage transformer, and get high voltage from it. AC voltage output directly, DC voltage output at transformer secondary 0.707 taps after half-wave rectification filter.
(4) Current transformer: This part of the circuit converts the current flowing through the measured part into voltage, compares it with the reference voltage, and then outputs a detection signal to the controller.
(5) Controller: According to the signal from the current detector and the running and resetting button timer, it controls whether the contactor is connected and whether the alarm circuit is alarmed.
(6) Timer: After pressing the startup button, the output high voltage is connected, the timer starts to set time, and after the timing time arrives, the high voltage is disconnected through the control circuit, so as to achieve the purpose of timing test.
(7) Alarm: In the test process, when the leakage current exceeds the preset value of the leakage current, the buzzer and the over-leakage lamp are driven by the driving block to give out sound and light alarm, and the high voltage is automatically cut off.
