At the beginning of the measurement, the needle valve on the pipeline is measured by opening all the instruments, and then the flow rate is regulated by the flow valve on the panel. When the measurement is completed, the operation is reversed.
When the micro-water meter is not used for a long time, there will be some air left in the test pipeline and chamber. Therefore, in the first test, the high humidity gas will affect the test speed, because the moisture in the air needs to be taken away before the SF6 gas is saturated. So we will find that when we test the second SF6 electrical equipment and measure it later, the speed will be very fast (3-5 minutes).
If even high temperature weather needs to be measured, we suggest that the measurement time should be arranged as far as possible when the temperature is lower in the morning, because the higher temperature will affect the accuracy of the measurement.
