1, preparation before measurement:
First, the power cord and the ground wire are reliably connected to the direct-resistor, and then the test line attached to the random direct-resistor panel is connected to the input and output terminals corresponding to its color, and the test pliers at the end of the test line are clamped to the two ends of the transformer winding to be measured. And rub the contact point hard to ensure good contact.
On the power switch, the direct-resistor provides several different measures of current. You can press the "
" and " " keys as necessary. Please note the maximum measurement range for each measure. In order to avoid the occurrence of the measured winding DC resistance greater than the maximum measurement range of the selected current, so that the current does not reach the predetermined value after the measurement begins, causing the direct resistor to be in a waiting state for a long time. The View key is used to view and print measured data that has already been stored.
After selecting the measurement method and measuring the current, press the "measurement" key to start the entire measurement process.
2, start measurement:
After pressing the "measurement" key, the direct-resistor starts charging the tested winding. A charging progress bar will appear in the central display area of the display. The upper part of the progress bar is the current current current current current value. Generally, when measuring the large inductive load, It takes a certain time for the current to reach stability, and the current value rises from the zero direction rating.
Note:
If the charging progress bar stops at a certain current value for a long time, the current winding resistance value may exceed the measurement range of the selected current, so that the current does not reach the predetermined value, please press the "exit" key to exit the measurement. Then choose a smaller current to try again.
When the current reaches the rated value, the charging ends and the direct damper begins to sample the data. The display indicates that "you are measuring, please wait." After the calculation is completed, the measured resistance value will be displayed on the display. When the data is stabilized, you can either store it by pressing the Storage key or print it by pressing the Print key.
Tip:
When the data is printed in the measurement state, the direct damper does not end the print immediately after printing the current measurement results, but is in a waiting state so that the next data can be printed continuously in the print report. Therefore, when measuring the separation resistors of the carrier switching Transformer, when measuring a certain connection, it is not necessary to withdraw from the measurement, switch directly to the next connection, and then press the "double test" key to refresh the data. After the data is stable, the data can be continuously stored by the "store" key or printed by the "print" key, so that the data is measured in turn until all the connections of the winding are measured.
When measuring the non-load splitter switch, it is not allowed to switch the splitter switch directly. It must exit the measurement state. After the discharge is completed, the splitter switch can be switched!
3, end measurement:
After the measurement is completed, press the "exit" key to exit the measurement. At this time, if it is an inductive load, the direct damper will automatically begin to discharge the winding. The display prompt "is discharging, please wait," and sends a buzzer prompt. After the discharge indicator disappears, You can dismantle the measurement wiring and test the next winding.
Note:
It is forbidden to remove the measurement wiring during the measurement process, or before the discharge indicator disappears, so as not to endanger the safety of equipment and personnel because of the winding discharge!

INSTRUCTIONS
When the inductive load is measured, the test line can not be removed directly, so as not to endanger the safety of the tester and equipment because of the inductance discharge. The output end of the machine is provided with a discharge circuit. When the output is turned off, the inductance releases energy through the instrument. The test line must not be removed until the discharge indication has been completed.
For no-load tap-changer transformer, it is not allowed to switch tap-changer during measurement.
If the power supply is suddenly cut off during the measurement, this opportunity will automatically start discharging. Please do not dismantle the wiring immediately, and wait for at least 30 seconds before dismantling the wiring.
When measuring, other untested windings should not be grounded by short circuit, otherwise the magnetization process of transformer will be slowed down and the data stabilization time will be prolonged.
Check the power supply voltage before starting up: 220V + 10% 50Hz A
During the test, please make sure that the equipment under test has been cut off and disconnected from other live equipment.
The shell must be grounded reliably during the test.
No irrelevant items are allowed to be stacked on and around the equipment panel during the test.
When replacing safety pipes and fittings, please use the same model as this instrument.
