1. Input power

Connect safely to the ground, plug in 220V AC power supply, test the power supply(according to the power plug on the logo: left zero right fire connection) correct, otherwise easy to burn the safety tube.

2. Oil sample

2.1 Adjust the distance between the two electrodes of the oil cup to 2.5 mm: adjust one end of the electrode in the center position between the two electrodes, gently remove the stopper without resistance to the optimal spacing.

2.2 Clean the oil cup, place the clean magnetic oscillator in the oil cup, fill the prepared oil sample, open the high pressure cover oil cup between the two high pressure columns of the high pressure warehouse, and place the high pressure cover smoothly. Press the safety switch.

3. Planned settings

3.1 A total of 6 pre-selected discs are set

The number of times is set. Press "+"-'' to select the number of times you need to test from the 1-9 digits.

2 3 represents the stirring time setting, 2 represents the ten 3 indicates a bit, 1 minute 39 seconds means 99 seconds or 60 seconds +39 seconds.

The position of ten seconds represents the position of one second, and the position of ten seconds represents the position of one second. 10 minutes and 39 seconds represent 999 seconds, or 9 minutes and 60 seconds and 39 seconds.

4. Function key operation

There are 6 functional keys, which belong to the point key. Press it to respond to the work.

4. 1 Press the "Test Value" key to be tested, and the functions of stirring, static, loading, and printing will be performed in the set numerical order.

4. 2 Press the "stop" key during the lift process, and the lift will stop. The value displayed digitally is the high voltage value output of this high voltage end. It can remain synchronous, and holding down this key can lower the high voltage output value. Pressing the stop key does not change the original operating state, as long as you press the "Test Value" key to continue to resume operation.

4. 3 After the first surge of oil sample breakdown, the voice control reminds the continuous "sound" of a short sound for 20 seconds. After the second test, the "sound" was two short sounds, the sixth "sound", a long sound and a short sound, and the seventh "sound". "A long and two short sounds, After the average value is displayed, the "click" will not be interrupted for 20 seconds. If you do not use the voice control reminder, press the voice control key to enter the light control reminder. The light control indicator light is on, and the number of flashes is the same as the number of "click" sounds. The sound control key is invalid and the light control is maintained.

Voice control is effective when only the power is turned on again.

4. 4 After execution, if you want to view the data again, press the "Show" and "Print" keys. These two keys are used repeatedly. Press the "Show" key to display a test value at a time until the average value is displayed. When you press Print, when you repeatedly print the voltage value, the time is no longer printed.

4. 5 When the "reset" key is pressed, the word "ocpu" is displayed as the initial waiting state after the reset is in place, referred to as the initial state or the ocpu state. When the "reset" key is pressed during the test surge, it will not enter the initial state. As in the case of oil breakdown, continuing to run does not change the original operating state. For example, pressing the "reset" key in a row is confirmed as "reset" and then goes into the initial state.

5. Boot Waiting

Set the power supply on about "on", the machine enters the self-inspection state, the printer responds to the light, and the display display displays the word ocpu. Show OIJJ if the regulator is not zero

6. Measurement

Click the "Test Value" key to start running according to a pre-set value; Stir indicates that the light on the magnetic oscillator rotates rapidly. The first digital display of the display shows the first number of times, and the last three shows the stirring time. After stirring, the vibrator stops stirring the indicator light, and the static indicator light starts to set. After the indicator light is out, the closing and lifting indicator light is turned on, and the display synchronous rising pressure is entered. At this time, the three digits after the display screen are displayed as voltage(00. 0KV) After the oil sample is breakdown, the lift power supply is automatically divided, the display screen stops showing for 5 seconds, the printer printing time, voltage value; The voltage regulator drops, the descending indicator lights up, the stirring indicator lights up the second test starts, and the printing and display displays the breakdown voltage, showing the second value flicker, and the voice control reminder; After the regulator returns to zero, the descent indicator light is turned off, the display stops flashing, the sound control disappears, and the second test is followed; After all test times are completed, the display displays the average of the total number of times, expressed in English letters(A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, Y). If only one test is displayed as A24. 3KV, if the test is displayed six times as F24. 3KV; Then print the average voltage and the oil sample test is completed. At this time, it can be repeatedly displayed and printed. After pressing the reset key, all data disappears.

The oil sample can be replaced with a new oil sample and tested again in the ocpu state. After the test, the power off in the reset state.
