1. Pre-test preparation

Before using the instrument, the ground terminal (the right side of the equipment) should be firmly connected with the ground wire, and special attention should be paid to the non-virtual connection.

(2) Extract oil samples according to the standard, adjust the electrode distance in the oil cup with the standard gauge, clean the oil cup according to the relevant requirements, then pour the oil sample into the oil cup and close the lid of the tank. 

(3) After all the above confirmations are correct, the AC 220V power supply is connected to prepare for the test.

2. Beginning of testing

Press the power switch.

(2) Parameter setting:

Click the "Parameter Settings" button on the screen.

Boost settings: Users can choose according to their actual needs.

Cup position setting: The position of the oil cup placed according to the oil sample tested by the user shall be taken as the standard.

Print settings: Users choose by themselves.

Clock settings: Users can change their own timing when they need it.

Set up, key out.

(3) Start the experiment:

Click the Start Test button on the screen.

The test starts with cup 1, and the interface shows "Place in still, please wait a moment..." At the end of the countdown, the police time shows that they are "boosting", "mixing, lowering and delaying". They finish three cup positions in sequence, and then start testing again from the 1st cup until the number of boosts set by the user is completed. The buzzer sounds and presses the "return" button to return to the initial interface.

Data browsing and printing:

Click the "Data Browse" button on the screen.

Select the records that need to be printed and print them.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. The selection of oil samples before the test, the placement and the distance between electrodes should conform to the national standard and the line standard.

2. Operators or other personnel are strictly prohibited from touching the housing after the power supply is connected, so as to avoid danger.

3. If any abnormality is found in the use of this instrument, the power supply should be cut off immediately.

4. The new oil cup or the newly cleaned oil cup should be broken 24 times before the test can be carried out. When the oil cup is not tested, it should be soaked with clean oil.
